If that doesn't work, click on the “Forgot password?” link just below the “Sign In” button and follow the instructions. The email address used to set up your eTutoring account is your @pcc.edu email address.
After you’ve filled out the “Forgot Password” form, please check your inbox for an email from eTutoringOnline. If you don’t see an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder and follow the directions in the email.
PCC is partnering with the Western eTutoring Consortium to provide online tutoring assistance to students. All currently enrolled for-credit PCC students will have access to eTutoring’s free online professional tutoring services in the following areas:
American Sign Language (ASL)
Anatomy & Physiology
Computer Science (Java & C++)
Math (Developmental through Calculus)
Web Development (HTML, CSS, and WordPress)
Once logged in you will be asked to verify your account. You can change your password at this time.
The first time you log in make sure to read and accept the eTutoring Terms and Conditions by checking the “I agree to all terms and conditions” box at the bottom of the page.
Once this is completed, you are ready to begin by clicking on one of the eTutoring Services on the welcome page.
The Online Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive your work back with a tutor's response within 24-48 hours.
Live Tutoring via Zoom allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via a fully interactive, virtual environment. It's best to have a headset with a microphone when using eChat - this allows you to talk with the tutor while you work. Live sessions are offered for all subjects except Writing. Check the schedule to see when a tutor for your subject will be online.
eQuestions allows you to leave a specific question for an eTutor, who will respond within 48 hours (but usually sooner). eQuestions may be submitted for any of the subject areas covered.
If you choose Live Tutoring via Zoom, colored tutor icons will show which tutors are online. Click on the icon you wish to “chat” with. Note that you must allow pop-ups in the Breeze chat window.
If a tutor isn’t available for Live tutoring, you can leave a message using eQuestions.
The Weekly Tutor Schedules are available in the lower left hand side of the welcome page.
If you need technical assistance, please click on Support in the upper right-hand corner. Please note that eTutoringOnline Tech Support cannot help with password or login issues.
We look forward to working with you and hope you will take advantage of the online tutoring resources offered by eTutoring early in your courses!
