Username: first name + first letter of last name + last 4 digits of your ctcLink ID#
Password: ctcLink ID#
Example: Username: studentz1212
Password: 101771212
If you have trouble logging in or forgot your password, please click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions, including entering your email address.
After you’ve filled out the “Forgot Password” form, please check your inbox for an email from eTutoringOnline. If you don’t see an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder and follow the directions in the email.
Deactivated account?: Email Hailey Keller at hailey.keller@sfcc.spokane.edu with the following information and ask for an account reactivation:

Online Tutoring Services available:
The Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to our tutors, ask for specific feedback, and receive a tutor's response in less than 48 hours. Please plan ahead during midterms and finals, as the Writing Lab wait time increases during those times.
Live Tutoring via Zoom allows you to meet with a tutor via a fully interactive, online environment. Colored tutor icons show which tutors are online. Click on the name of the tutor you want to work with and you'll enter their Zoom room! If a tutor isn't available for a live session, you can leave the tutors an eQuestion.
eQuestions allow you to leave a specific question for a tutor who will respond within 48 hours.
You can click on 'View Tutor Schedule' for weekly schedules.
