To login for the first time:
Username = first name + first letter of last name + last 4 digits of your ctcLink Id#
Password = ctcLink ID#
Example: Username: studentz1212
Password: 101771212
If you have trouble logging in or forgot your password, please click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions, including entering your email address.
After you’ve filled out the “Forgot Password” form, please check your inbox for an email from eTutoringOnline. If you don’t see an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder and follow the directions in the email.
Trouble Logging in? For all other login problems, including a deactivated account, please contact Erin Smith, Assistant Dean of Arts and Sciences, at erin.smith@scc.spokane.edu.
In your email message please include the following:
- First and last name
- Preferred email address
- CTCLink ID#
- Detailed message
Additional information about logging in for the first time:

Update your account profile, which includes an option for choosing a new password.

If you change your password, please keep it in a safe place.

Enter your email address. Email addresses are needed to use eTutoring.

Verify your account by adding your ctcLink ID# as your Institutional ID.

Accept the eTutoring Terms and Conditions by checking the box at the bottom of the page.

- Writing (Live via Zoom and asynchronously via the Writing Lab)
There are three eTutoring services to choose from:

The Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive a tutor's response within 24-48 hours.

Live Tutoring via Zoom allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions via a fully interactive, virtual online environment. Live sessions are offered in every subject.

eQuestions allow you to leave a specific question for a tutor who will then respond within 48 hours (but usually sooner). eQuestions may be submitted for any of the subject areas listed above.
