Welcome to teTutoring!

How do I Sign in?

To access eTutoring, you must go through your Canvas course.

In the navigation links (usually towards the left-hand side in the list with "Assignments", "Modules", etc.) of your Canvas course page, you will see a link for eTutoring. This link from any of your courses in Canvas will log you in. Click it to open the eTutoring page; you should see the eTutoring home page and have access to all of its resources.

Trouble accessing your eTutoring account? Please contact Grace Tulsi Marshall, the Peninsula College eTutoring Coordinator, at LearningCenter@pencol.edu or by calling 360-417-6365.

Please note that you may not be able to access e-tutoring until the end of the first week of each quarter, as student accounts are uploaded to the service at the end of the first week to accommodate fluctuations in enrollment.

eTutoring Services

The Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your paper to a tutor, ask for specific feedback, and receive a tutor's response within 24-48 hours.   Be certain to allow extra time for high demand periods, such as near mid-terms and finals.

Live Tutoring via Zoom allows you to meet with a tutor in one-on-one tutoring sessions. To meet with a tutor in Zoom, click on your subject, which will appear under the names of those tutors who cover it.

eQuestions allows you to leave a specific question for an eTutor, who will respond within 48 hours (but usually sooner).  eQuestions may be submitted for any of the subject areas covered.

The Weekly Tutor schedule is available on the lower left side of the welcome page.

If you need technical assistance for anything besides password or login help, please click on the "Support" link in the upper right corner of your screen.

We look forward to working with you and hope you will take advantage of the online tutoring resources offered by eTutoring!
