If you are a student with a disability who uses Assistive Technology and you find that eTutoring is inaccessible to you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about alternative arrangements for tutoring assistance.
Login Instructions (Please read carefully!)
- Enter your ctcLink student ID number in the username field.
- For your password, use the letter "t" (lowercase) followed by the last five digits of your ctcLink ID number.
- Login example:
George Goodstudent, ID# 201123456
- It is also possible to log in directly from Canvas. Just click on the eTutoring link on the left-hand side of your Canvas course shell.
Problems Logging In?
Only students who are currently enrolled at Clark College may access eTutoring.
If you have trouble logging in or forgot your password, please click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions, including entering your email address associated with your eTutoring account. (This may be your Clark College student email, or a personal email if you have changed your email address in your account information.)
After you’ve filled out the “Forgot Password” form, please check your inbox for an email from eTutoringOnline. If you don’t see an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder and follow the directions in the email.
For all other login problems, including a deactivated account, please email email@example.com.
Writing Lab allows you to submit a draft of your writing assignment or paper and receive written feedback from the tutor, usually within 24-48 hours.
Live Tutoring allows you to meet with a tutor via a fully interactive, virtual online environment.
eQuestions allows you to leave a specific question in writing. Tutors will respond within 48 hours, but often sooner.
