How to Log In:

  • USERNAME: Enter your Shoreline email address without the the symbol and domain name (E.g. The username for the email address dolphie.mcdolphin@shoreline.edu would be dolphie.mcdolphin)
  • PASSWORD: Enter your 9 digit ctcLink ID (E.g. 123456789)

Forgot Your Password?

  • Follow these instructions, using your Shoreline email address. 
  • After filling out and submitting the “Forgot Password” form, please check your inbox for an email from eTutoringOnline.  If you don’t see an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder and follow the directions in the email.

The Following Types of Tutoring are Available: 

Live Tutoring

Meet with a tutor for a one-on-one tutoring session via Zoom. 

Note: This is not the same service as online tutoring through the Student Learning Center at Shoreline. If you are looking for a Student Learning Center tutor, please visit our website.

eQuestions

Leave a specific question for an eTutor, who will respond within 48 hours.

The Writing Lab

Submit a draft of your paper, ask for specific feedback, and receive your work back with a tutor’s response within 24-48 hours.

Note: Our eTutors will not edit, correct, or rewrite your paper, but will help you improve your work and writing skills.
